Ordering

Orders can be placed through the website 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Payment can be made online with credit/debit cards, or through a Paypal account, if you have one.

The online purchase facility is provided by Paypal and is very secure, but I am happy to accept payment by cheque if you'd prefer. Please email your order here, include contact details (phone or email) and I'll contact you with a confirmation.

Alternatively you could post your order (with full product description) along with a cheque.

Although we are happy to take orders over the phone, payment must be made either by paypal, cheque or bank transfer- we cannot process credit card purchases off line at present. Bank transfer details will be provided on request.We aim to dispatch your order to you within 3 days of payment clearing. If any problems arise with you order we will contact you by telephone or email, please supply your telephone number when ordering.

Refunds and Exchanges

We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied, then you can return the product in it's new and re-saleable condition within 4 weeks and we will send you a replacement or refund- which ever you prefer. We cannot refund, or credit, washed (even once) or worn nappies, covers, bedding or clothing, unless faulty. Please be certain of your choice before washing or using. The customer will bear the cost of return which will only be refunded if goods are faulty. Please obtain a "proof of postage certificate" free from your post office, for your own benefit, as we cannot be held liable for goods lost in the post. You may also want to look into additional insurance on any expensive packages, as the standard Royal Mail compensation only £32. Please quote your invoice number, name and address, and reason for return. Credit card refunds can only be credited back to the original card that the goods were bought with; if these details are not supplied there may be a delay in your card being refunded.
